Vicente (Vince) Loyola
Born and raised in Vancouver to Mexican parents, Vince has spent years living and investing in Mexico. After experiencing Tulum's real estate boom firsthand, he recognized similar early-stage potential on the Oaxacan coast and relocated to Puerto Ángel.
Today, he focuses on identifying undervalued coastal markets and creating high-quality residential developments. He's passionate about how overlooked places evolve into globally recognized destinations—and believes the best opportunities are found before everyone else does.

Priscilla Lavoie
Born in Montreal and raised in Florida, Priscilla holds an MBA from IESE Business School and has over 20 years experience in marketing and sales. After discovering Coastal Oaxaca three years ago, she became an investor in the region and began spending winters there, recognizing its exceptional long-term potential.
Today, she helps develop and market OLCO’s real estate projects, and is passionate about connecting buyers with one of Mexico's most exciting markets.
